Q: How do I get a flu or shingles vaccination?

A: Please call the pharmacy to schedule an appointment at 360-376-2230, press 1 for the pharmacy, and 0 to speak with a member of our staff.

Q: What type of I.D. do I need to pick up my prescription?

A: Drivers license and insurance card are required for all patients.

Q: Can I pick up a prescription not under my name?

A: Yes, but not for a controlled substance.  Patient needs to give prior authorization.

Q: Do I have to come in to submit my prescription in person?

A: We receive prescriptions by fax, electronically, over the phone, and by paper. The telephone number for the pharmacy is 360-376-2230.

Q: How long does it usually take to fill a prescription?

A: Same day is possible, but we prefer at least 24 hours.
