Q: Do you sell helium-filled balloons or party supplies? Can I bring in a balloon of my own to be filled?

A: Yes, we do sell helium-filled balloons. We can sometimes fill balloons bought elsewhere for a charge, but depending on the size and kind of opening, some balloons purchased elsewhere may not fit our helium nozzle. And, we have lots of fun party favors and decorations, including candles, cards, gift bags, party favors and more.


Q: I have a gift card someone gave me. Can I use that at Ray’s and Island Life?

A: Yes, you can. Island Life is our sister store in Templin Plaza, just next door. We sell some amazing outdoor apparel brands, camping equipment, clothing, shoes, backpacks and more. You can check out Island Life at www.islandlifeorcas.com.

Q: Do you carry office supplies?

A: We do. We have pretty much anything you would need to take care of business or we can point you in the direction of someone else who can help.


Pharmacy FAQs

Q: Do you sell COVID tests and masks?

A: We keep a good supply of COVID-related healthcare and testing items available. We also provide vaccines. You can find more info on COVID here.


Q: What type of I.D. do I need to pick up my prescription?

A: Drivers license and insurance card are required for all patients.

Q: Can I pick up a prescription not under my name?

A: Yes, but not for a controlled substance.  Patient needs to give prior authorization.

Q: Do I have to come in to submit my prescription in person?

A: We receive prescriptions by fax, electronically, over the phone, and by paper. The telephone number for the pharmacy is 360-376-2230.

Q: How long does it usually take to fill a prescription?

A: Same day is possible, but we prefer at least 24 hours.
